Processing of eel production in France for Asian restoration in Europe
Nicolas Michelet and Philippe Boisneau during the 16th SFJO symposium met some actors of eel industry in Japan. They summarize the opportunities of development for the French eel sector that this cooperation allows us to envisage, Opportunities that could be confirmed during the next SFJO symposium which will take place in Bordeaux in November 2017 where a meeting between the actors of the eel sector of the two countries is planned.
